Angela Sinkler, a member of the Bethlehem Area School District Board of School Directors, received recognition for 8 years of service. She was also presented a certificate adding her to the PSBA “Honor Roll of School Board Service.”

Dr. Joseph Roy, Superintendent of the Bethlehem Area School District, presented each recipient with their certificate and spoke about their dedication to volunteer their service to students, staff, the community and public education. Most school directors cite a desire to give back to public education or to improve educational outcomes for students as the primary reason for their service. These elected leaders give unselfishly of their time and energy to support and guide our public schools and the students they service. Their efforts along with those of fellow board members reflect the mission of our schools to provide opportunities for success for every student.
