Enjoy cocoa, cookies, and crafts at the Bethlehem Area Public Library - Southside Brank, 400 Webster Street, Bethlehem PA 18015. The library is only open for the event.

Participants include Community Action Developmet Corporation of Bethlehem, SouthSide Proud, Community Action Lehigh Valley, SouthSide Arts District, Bethlehem Area Public Library, and Broughal Middle School.
