Ms. Robledo is the Director of Student Services and Minority Affairs for the Bethlehem Area School District. Previously, she served as Supervisor of Student and Community Engagement for the district as well as serving as guidance counselor, elementary assistant principal, high school assistant principal and principal of the district’s alternative school. 

Ms. Robledo worked as an HIV and AIDS counselor with the City of Bethlehem Health Bureau and as an Admissions Counselor/Latino School Liaison at East Stroudsburg University. She also worked for the City of New York in Human Resources and as a College & Career Counselor at Roosevelt Jr/Sr High School on Long Island through the STAR program. She received her undergraduate degree from East Stroudsburg University, her master’s degree from New York University, her principal certification from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and is currently in the data analysis phase of her doctoral journey with East Stroudsburg University. She was born and raised in Bethlehem, PA, the first generation of her family to be born off the mainland of Puerto Rico. She has two sons, Fahvian and Quiran, both built by Bethlehem. Her lived experience has cultivated her passion for the pursuit of equitable and equal access to educational opportunities for students, especially those most marginalized.
