Michael Pocalyko, Freedom High School Class of 1972, is CEO of SI, a professional services firm and government contractor in the investigations, intelligence, and cyber sectors, based in Washington DC and operating worldwide. He is a four-time corporate chair, was CEO of Monticello Capital, and has been a corporate director of public and private companies in the financial services, medical, biotechnology, Internet, steel, environmental, security, and engineering services industries. He is a Board Leadership Fellow of the National Association of Corporate Directors and served as a gubernatorial appointee in the administrations of two successive Virginia governors from both political parties. He was chief of staff of a DOD agency and twice commanded military units, as a Navy pilot, commander, and Beirut veteran. A bestselling novelist, he is the author of THE NAVIGATOR from Macmillan, and earned degrees from Muhlenberg College, the Harvard Kennedy School, and the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
